Vizsla Copper Enters into Marketing Agreement with Capitaliz

VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 9, 2025 /CNW/ - Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSXV: VCU) (OTCQB: VCUFF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Consulting Services Agreement (the "Agreement") with 1123963 B.C. Ltd. (d.b.a. Capitaliz), dated effective October 1, 2025, for an initial term of three (3) months, with a total marketing budget of $600,000 CAD.

At the time of this agreement, neither Capitaliz nor any of its affiliates or associates hold any securities of Vizsla Copper. Capitaliz is an arm's-length party to Vizsla Copper and has no other relationship with the Company other than as disclosed herein and pursuant to this agreement.

Under the Agreement, Capitaliz will provide a range of marketing and investor relations services to Vizsla Copper, including the development of a corporate marketing strategy, coordination of public relations, digital media and investor awareness campaigns, and introductions to Capitaliz's extensive network of financial media and investor contacts.

The services will include programmatic digital advertising, social media marketing, influencer outreach, targeted email campaigns, and distribution of editorial and video content across leading financial platforms such as MarketWatch, The Globe and Mail, Apple News, MSN, and Barchart.

The Agreement is subject to the Company's filing requirements with the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") and approval by the TSXV.
