Porsche-Aktie in Grün: Porsche SE verlängert Pötsch-Vorstandsmandat
Der Aufsichtsrat der Porsche Automobil Holding SE hat die Bestellung von Hans Dieter Pötsch zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2022 um fünf Jahre verlängert, bis zum 31. Dezember 2026.
Die Entscheidung traf den Angaben zufolge der Aufsichtsrat in seiner Sitzung am Freitag.
Dem Vorstand der Porsche SE Beteiligungsholding gehören neben Pötsch, der auch Finanzvorstand ist, Manfred Döss, zuständig für Recht und Compliance, und Lutz Meschke, zuständig für Beteiligungsmanagement, an.
Am Montag steigen Anteilsscheine von Porsche SE auf XETRA zeitweise um 0,16 Prozent auf 74,28 Euro.
