Shop Apotheke kauft Gesundheits-App-Anbieter Smartpatient - Aktie fester
Shop Apotheke Europe erwirbt mit der Smartpatient GmbH einen Spezialisten für digitales Medikationsmanagement.
Die Online-Apothekengruppe mit Hauptsitz im niederländischen Venlo sprach in einer Mitteilung von einem strategischen Zukauf, der zum Wachstum beitragen soll. Ein genauer Kaufpreis wurde nicht genannt, gezahlt würden aber nach einer Vorab-Barkomponente drei weitere Tranchen zum Teil in Form von Shop-Apotheke-Aktien, hieß es. Der Gesamtkaufpreis liege im oberen zweistelligen Millionenbereich.
Shop Apotheke verspricht sich vom digitalen Medikationsmanagement von Smartpatient eine verstärkte Kundenbindung, vor allem bei chronisch kranken Patienten. Die MyTherapy-App von Smartpatient wird den Angaben zufolge von 1,4 Millionen Patienten aktiv genutzt.
Die Aktie steigt auf XETRA heute zeitweise um 1,20 Prozent auf 152,40 Euro.
