City of Manhattan, Kansas Selects Oracle Permitting and Licensing to Streamline Regulatory Services and Improve Citizen Experiences

The city expects to launch the system in summer 2026, streamlining development review and integrating planning, permitting, inspections, licensing, and code enforcement.
